The Phoenix Federation has many great opportunities for staff. We are passionate about professional development and believe this is the key to providing the best possible education for pupils and job satisfaction for staff. We are proud of our home-grown talent and many of our teachers have successfully gone on to become Curriculum leads, Assistant or Deputy Heads.
