Country Trust Food Programme

The past year the students have been taking part in the Food Discovery, which is a series of workshops, in school cooking lessons and planting of food. This is a charity based company which helps the more disadvantage kids in areas. The Students have learned new ways to use the most simple and easiest of ingredients lying around the house and turn them into the most bold flavourful meals they have tasted. In march the kids had the opportunity to work in our very own garden and plant new and exciting food which will soon be on their way to growing. They also had the chance to be filmed during the planting workshop, which we have had the opportunity of being sent and we have attached below for you to see.
